After much research, we asked for estimates from 3-5 companies for our kitchen demolition and new cabinets, counters, and sink. Amanda Moran from Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling truly listened until she understood our project. She was not dissuaded by the fact that this was a smaller project. In order to help our budget goals, she split the project into 2 phases - one we paid for now and the second we will hire when ready. I appreciated her personal care, positivity, and follow through. Mark Townsley stepped in as our superintendent and over-communicated throughout the process. He gave advice when asked, stayed on top of the subcontractors, and checked on the progress way more than I expected. From the beginning with the concept to the end with the final cleaning and finishing touches, every detail was considered. I am thrilled with the outcome and the flexibility which unfolded as I made a few changes during the project. The hands on project management style gave me confidence during each phase of the project. The craftsmanship was top notch and getting the project done on time was greatly appreciated.
