Absolutely phenomenal service. As a military member who currently lives in Spain, we contacted Greater Power Electric based on the recommendations on our old neighbor. Our tenants were having an electrical issue that we needed to get fixed fairly quickly. They were able to contact our tenants, arrange an evaluation, and fix the issue in record time. He worked really hard to get the new breaker and as soon as he got it, he dropped everything he was doing to install it so my family wouldn’t freeze. Outstanding service after a lightning strike We were impressed with the work from James. We called him after a lightning strike compromised some of our wiring, and he was incredibly thorough. Replaced the damaged wire, added a surge protector to our main panel for future protection, installed a new outlets, and even diagnosed and fixed a separate wiring issue with our attic fan. His professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. We truly appreciated his fair pricing and honest assessment of the work needed, without any pressure to overcharge. We'll definitely be calling him for any future electrical needs.
