William first gave me estimate in late 2023. Had a hospital stay in early 2024 and William was very respectful not pushing a sell. The rest of 2024 and 2025 have been nothing but doctor/ hospital visits between my elderly mother and I. I say this only to say that William has always stayed in contact but in a very courteous way. Finally got my new roof and it looks great! Williams employees are very efficient and professional. All said, it took about 4 hours and William actually came by afterwards to make sure the job site was clean. I highly recommend William Richmond for your roofing needs, He is very hands on, responsive, and understands individual needs. He also offers very fair pricing.

Sought out several bids for a new roof for our house. We received a cacophony of prices and promises. Lots of promises. And some really odd/annoying marketing and constant phone harrassment. William wasn’t the cheapest (but close) but he presented us with a professional, detailed, in-person proposal, with higher quality materials and warrantee. He uses his own crew - not day workers, and promised a one-day job. We signed the contract and William showed up 5 days later. The roof is fantastic! One day job, and there wasn’t a speck of debris left afterward. Totally exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

We had the best experience working with William Richmond, from our first meeting to a few days after completion with a final cleaning. William did not pressure us on a sale, he gave us details, facts, and numbers on the work we wanted done. When the work started all of his crew’s were polite and respectfully and I fully trusted everyone to be at our house while I was there and when I wasn’t. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with William and his guys. I have attached our before and afters… truly a different house!

I recently had my roof replaced and siding work done by William Richmond.From start to finish this was absolutely a first class act! The initial estimate done by William addressed all concerns and questions I had,William addressed everything with attention to detail.The pricing and communication through the whole process was impeccable! William kept me informed every step of the way. When his crew came to do the the job they couldn’t have done any more of a A plus job.. Upon completion they cleaned up thoroughly and left zero footprint in the yard. Impressive! William stopped by twice during the install to check with the crew and me to make sure everything was going smoothly.I wish every experience with a contractor was like this! I thought those days were gone. Do not hesitate to use this
