Green Estates

We switched over to Green Estates Lawn Sprinkler from another service. We have not been happier and look forward to continuing to build a relationship with them. The office staff is helpful, pleasant and professional. Pat really knows the systems and how to property run them to their best ability. Recommend 100 times over. Thank you Green Estates!

I would like to make a formal statement that I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with Green Estates Lawn Sprinklers Company. A simple request turned into a horrible experience and I am hoping to get the word out. I asked Green Estates to come out to shut down our sprinklers off, which was already paid for, and while they were there could they mark where the underground pipes are so my landscapers would avoid those areas when installing new greenery. Fast forward to the day that they came out, Green Estates admitted that they could not in fact mark any underground piping, but instead placed 6 flags at the above ground sprinkler system which was obviously visible to the naked eye. For two men, that were already there to shut down the system, to flag the visible sprinklers cost me $

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. When they opened my sprinkler system I asked them to check the rain sensor. Later it was raining and the light did not come on. I asked them to come out and fix it at no cost, but they disagreed. I have also had other problems with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. There are other companies that have high ratings. I AM VERY GLAD THEY TOLD ME THEY DON’T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME ANYMORE.

The worst customer service. They are so rude and wildly over charge for terrible service.
