Ruzi was incredible - extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my garage opener within minutes and clearly explained a few other issues he noticed. I decided to upgrade, and he stayed late to make sure everything was installed properly. It felt great to finally have everything working as it should. I could have shopped around for pricing, but Ruzi made me feel comfortable and truly earned my trust. I’m very pleased with the new garage door opener and how unbelievably quiet it is!
