Green Granite & Countertops

I walked in unsure about which material to choose and left feeling confident and excited. The showroom at Green Granite and Countertops was bright and well laid out, making it easy to compare the many options. I was impressed by the huge selection of granite and quartz countertops, all priced affordably and clearly labeled. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without any pressure. The assortment of colors and finishes was exactly what I was looking for, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality. Overall, the best experience I’ve had in months at a countertop store, and I’ll definitely return for any future kitchen countertop projects.

Choose another company. If you experience difficulty, this company is not going to fully stand behind their product. They'll take the time to type a lengthy explanation to this review but it's been crickets since I asked for a call from the owner over a month ago. Installation was January 2025 and the granite was oversized. The installers shoved and manhandled it into place by scoring the sheetrock until they pushed it into place. More about that later. Within the month, the sealant around part of the sink was flaking off. I realized later than it's right where the majority of the stress was happening during that pushing and shoving during installation. Working with Green Granite was marvelous! Between the initial phone call, going to the showroom and lot with Denise, picking everything out, the template and the final work….i would do it over and over again!! Fair price. Efficiency! On time! And excellent communication at all times.

I live right around the corner and pass by every day, so I decided to call to chat about a small project. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was rude from the start—and it only got worse from there. I tend to start with smaller projects before committing to larger ones, to build trust and gauge service. In this case, that small $400 job could have easily led to at least eight slabs of high-end quartzite—around $15,000 per slab—making it a potential $120,000 project, and even more in the near future as we build 2-4 large homes in the next 2 years. Last year (2019) we completed our basement remodeling using services from Green Basements and Remodeling. It has been a surprisingly pleasant experience throughout. This review comes after 6 months of using the finished basement and from a very satisfied customer. The whole processes stared when we initially deposited $100 for the initial visit of the Green Basement architect in April, 2019. We got our finished basement in September, 2019.
