Highly pleased with price-point, timelines, communication* and services delivered. We had a small den that needed a full carpet cleaning, plus a partial cleaning of two couches. One of the couches is a cheap “kid couch” that I thought was beyond restoring (looooots of abuse from little boys, plus water stains and greasy finger prints 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️). Kim said she used 5 different cleaners on it - she really went above and beyond. She and Luis were also courteous of our space - if you’ve ever had contractors in your house, you know it’s hit or miss. *The only thing I would suggest is that the water hook up be determined with the homeowner in advance. Because it is winter, they didn’t hook up outside, but instead hooked their hose in our bathroom where there is a old, pressure-sensitive fixture.

Can't say enough about the crew that showed up to clean our carpets. They were professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, and quick. If you need your carpets cleaned, give this group a try, I can tell you that you will not regret it. Kim and Louis were great, kudos to them.

Best carpet and rug cleaning service in the Grand Rapids area. Green Home Cleaning and Restoration recently cleaned over 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet in my home (an annual occurrence). I am always amazed at how good it looks after they finish! I think what's most impressive is that they pick up all the furniture and put hard foam cubes under the feet of everything! (This is impressive because I have a LOT of furniture.) Brian is always friendly and courteous. I'm a forever loyal customer. Thank you so much!

Kim and Brian did a great job cleaning my carpets throughout my house. Having dogs and an active household one can imagine they were very busy.I was impressed with how hard they worked getting out lots of very tough stains. I will definitely use them again.
