Green location NYC Parking Millenium Garage Corp

The worst experience ever, we went to park for 3 hours to go to the MET Museum, the price I checked online was $21 for early bird, the same price was written at the entrance. The person there asked us for $71!!!! He said he would give us a discount at $51. I told him I will exposed him, I actually recorded the whole incident, then he said he usually don't work there! A total scam, we will escalated this incident.( I was with my 4 years old girl)!

Horrible experience from the start and got worse at the end! Horrible customer service from everyone there. I picked up my car and the AC wasn’t working at all. I asked about it and they had no answers. I asked for the workers name and he did not want to provide me with the name. He then rushed me to leave to attend to another car.

My car got stuck blocking the entrance/exit to the garage and I couldn't get it started again. Even though there were cars backed up trying to get out and in, the manager of the garage (at least I think it must have been the manager) was so patient and so amiable and generous with his time, trying to help me figure out how to get my car started. He even called a friend (or maybe it was his son, I don't know) who tried to help me over the phone. Finally, when all else failed, they put rollers on my tires and pushed my car into a spot right next to the garage near a hydrant while I waited for the AAA to come. For their patience and good will alone I have to give them 5 stars!

I was overcharged $15 and attended refused to accept purchased rate on the app. This was not communicated until I picked up my vehicle and told extra $15 was due to entering 15 minutes early which is ridiculous. The rate was the same all day reservations until close. If I was told this when I pulled in I would have waited 15 minutes outside the lot This parking lot is dishonest - avoid it’s a scam

Bought a monthly pass through their online app and they refused to honor it even though I had the receipt showing I paid for it, they wanted me to pay an additional charge for parking. Attendant is nasty and the customer service in their office are no better.
