Terrible finished product, at twice the bidded price. Upon calling Joe for a bid, he requested the address so he could come out and look at the site before bidding it. (The work site was accessible from the alley so we we didn’t need to be home for him to review it). A week later, I texted and asked if he’d been by, and if he had any questions. He sent a bid, which was lower than others and we booked him for the work. On the day of, Joe announced that he was charging us twice as much because he didn’t know there was any demo/paver removal involved- which he would know if he’d looked at the site before bidding the project. What a great experience! From the initial phone call to completion – absolutely stellar! I started the process to replace my 100 year old driveway and garage floor with a call with Joe, the owner. He came to my home within the week. I found him to be personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My original plan was to just do my garage floor but he made a reasonable offer to also replace my driveway. I appreciated that he emailed an estimate (which we both signed), and began the work shortly thereafter. The installation crew, Jorge and Paul, were fantastic! They worked extremely hard to remove the driveway and haul away the debris. They both were so friendly and positive about the project. Joe/Siope is very personable, quick to respond, and he figured out a way to give us the drainage we needed in our driveway in the simplest and least invasive (affordable) way possible. Beautiful work and a pleasure to work with.

The work that was done was very satisfactory. The company did exactly what was asked for and the end result was a great concrete RV pad. The one issue that I have with the company is that the owner is not truthful. I recommended him to my neighbor that need some concrete work done. While he as doing the concrete work for her I asked him to ad on a 3'x9' section onto my previous pad. He told my Neighbor that he was doing it for free because I referred him. The fact is he charged me $400 to do this SMALL pad. Overpriced, not very trustworthy and slow to respond to requests and e-mails. The workers themselves were great however be very cautious in dealing with the owner!!

Joe is my go to concrete guy. I’ve used GPC twice and had good experiences both times. They are quick to get my work scheduled and done. I find them affordable. As a private home owner I am surprised to be treated like a priority… strongly recommended them.
