Green Septic Clean renewed my faith in what you hope a great service provider would be. Caring, conscientious, and professional. I was in dire need of help with old/deteriorated septic field lines that had backed up sewage in my home. I originally called Joe the owner the day after Christmas and he patiently walked me through the process of figuring out what was wrong with the system. He then took me through the proper steps of getting a soil sample and permit to insure the job was done to code. Joe and his team did an amazing job on a property that was extremely hard to navigate in terms of terrain, since the property is on a sloped incline with limited space. I had a recent septic emergency come up, none of my toilets would flush. Green Septic Clean came out as soon as they could. EJ talked me through the process. He was very informative about all potential costs before any work started so when the bill came it was right around what we had talked about. Both men were extremely pleasant and informative. They said it doesnt look like my tank has been pumped in many years, but they worked diligently to correct that issue. I highly recommend this company and am happy with all the work they performed. An unforeseen septic system issue can be an extremely stressful, daunting, and expensive situation. Mr. Brown and his team made the process bearable. From the first call & throughout the entire process, he listened, empathized, and was accommodating. He explained the process and options in a way that provided valuable information and all of the available options. The team was punctual and highly professional yet warm and friendly. The guys that came to the house was extremely professional. I had a miscommunication with pricing and Joe the owner of the company came out to the house we spoke and he made it right.
