Having Green Valley Pool of Yuma service our pool and spa along with doing maintenance on our system has been amazing. Not only is the office staff professional and responses in a timely manner they go out of their way to ensure everything is on track and completed to your satisfaction. Our weekly pool technician is amazing, they are always on time and ensures our pool and spa along with our equipment is operating at its optimal capacity. Had them for almost a year for regular services. There was times they would only clean the pool for less than 5 mins although you pay for 30 minutes sessions. Consistently didn’t fill chlorine although the tablets were on hand. They would try to charge me for things that I never requested. Overall terrible experience not worth the price.

I am only in Yuma for the winter season. Green Valley always takes great care of my pool while there and when I am away. I went to another company for a short period of time. They did not show up as scheduled and once I left town they did not show up at all. My pool started turning green on my camera. I immediately went back to Green Valley. I can trust that they take great care of my pool while I am away. they show up without fail as scheduled and always keep me updated on my equipment. I will never switch from them again. You get what you pay for!

We have gone through several other companies in the past 11 years and for one reason or another have had to make changes. Earlier this year we stumbled onto Green Valley and what a relief this was. This is an excellent pool company, and they take pride with keeping your pool clean and service. All employees are kind and courteous. It's a pleasure to deal with them. If you have a problem, they quickly respond, many times the same day. Would highly recommend them over other companies in the area. February 18th, pool pump went out. Tech came over and said it needed replaced. Was here the next day to install new pump and set everything up. We didn't have to do anything but pay the bill.
