Nathan was very rude to my mother ( put her in tears) and did not do the proper diagnostic tests to diagnose the issue. We had to call another company this am who diagnosed the issue within 20 min. When I called to complain to the company they told me that it had been a long day for Nathan and we had told him we were out of water and that it was in emergency which WE DID NOT. My mother specifically told them that it would be OK for them to come out the next day as we have a holding tank. Customer service is IMPORTANT no matter how tired you are.

The whole crew at green valley pump are incredibly responsive and helpful. John has called me back promptly on multiple occasions when I was desperate for help. I would highly recommend them, they are very very kind. They do amazing work and always go above and beyond.

We are so thankful for John and the team at Green Valley Pump. They've helped us at various times: they did a well assessment and testing when we purchased our house, have provided advice on water safety questions and today came to us SAME DAY when our old well pump stopped working. They were at the house within an hour of our call and had the problem fixed by noon. We are so pleased and grateful for them, but far the best well service in the Rogue Valley

I have a well pump that supplies water to my house installed by Green Valley. After a nasty power outage it faulted and I lost all water pressure and supply to my residence. I called their 24 hr help line and they were very kind and supportive. They were able to give me troubleshooting suggestions over the phone real time, and I was able to restart my system myself, regaining pressure and flow. Extremely thankful for their knowledge and kindness!

New to the valley. Had well pump issues. GVP team made several visits to the house to get it sorted. They were knowledgeable, fair & professional. We appreciate them getting our well and pressure tank working normally again. Thank you John, Robin & Cody.
