We had a serious problem with a leaking water heater the day before New Years Eve. I called every plumber I knew, they were all closed or swamped, so I took a chance and called On-It plumbing, and yes, they could come the next day. Super good luck for me. The nicest most knowledgeable young man, Lance, showed up as promised and went to work. He was amazing, truly, and it was a big nasty job as the old heater was full of rust, and he also had to make a trip to get us a new heater, and also we live on the 3rd floor. Somehow, he was able to do all that needed to be done and to do it with such a wonderful attitude and a big smile and get us out the door for a 6 O’clock dinner reservation. The best of all world help, we now have a new plumber and I am recommending him to everyone. Thank

Very impressed! Paul, my plumber, was prompt and did an excellent job cleaning out my sewer line and explaining my issues and correcting them so it’s easier to clean out in the future. Amber, the office person, was also very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend them!

This is the sort of business that makes the world feel like occasionally, it works like it’s supposed to work. This morning Paul, one of the many great folks there, stopped by when I mentioned my tub wasn’t draining properly. I’m so embarrassed to admit to you that when I was cleaning, I hit the drain latch that holds the bath water in place and that’s why it wasn’t draining. I had a leaking tub faucet emergency and SOS Plumbing and Drain Service came to the rescue. Mike scheduled a prompt appointment, and Steve, the plumber, did an excellent job. He fixed the plumbing, installed a new faucet, and even had to cut into our cabinet and drywall, but he did it professionally and cleanly. My wife will never know what i did. : ). SOS Plumbing is great. We had a leak ( I was thinking the worst) Paul came out . Went step by step to find the problem and it turned out to be just old cracked equipment (washer’s and flange) Paul was very polite and professional. Worked quickly to complete the repair, and I’m assuming off to his next job. Thank you SOS Plumbing and thank you Paul for your help and advice. I would recommend SOS Plumbing to anyone.
