Adam and Steve are wonderfully supportive. My family needed immediate mitigation work done in our home for safety. They came right away, provided great quality work, communicated regularly throughout the project, and worked with me to develop a payment option that worked for my family. They showed they really care about their customers and individualize their approach based on the customer's needs. Highly recommend them.

I had mold in my attic. Adam responded right away and was able to get me a quote immediately. I was trying to get quotes from other companies, most of them never even called back or prices were outrageous! Steve, Jamie, and one other member came out in a few days. They made sure to put down protection for my flooring as I had new carpets and flooring installed, which I appreciated. All 3 of them were respectful and explained exactly what they were doing, which I appreciated a lot! There was some staining left on my carpet from the microbial spray, but Steve came back out in a few days and cleaned the carpet and made sure the stain was gone! Overall, given the amount of work involved. The price was very reasonable and the work was very clean, organized, and fast! I would definitely recom

I rarely write reviews, but Adam and the team at Green Water and Fire have been EXCEPTIONAL. When we experienced water damage in our basement due to a faulty HVAC installation, Adam and the team were incredibly responsive, helped mitigate the damage the next day, connected us to high-quality repair organizations, and even supported us navigating a complex insurance process. They were patient, thoughtful partners throughout the work, and I highly recommend them.

Adam helped guide us through the entire insurance process, which made everything seamless and stress-free. I had a frustrating experience with Green Water & Fire following a water leak in my condo. Their service was good. However, the billing process was unclear and misleading. They attempted to bill my insurance company for more than expected, and when that failed, they demanded full payment from me - even though I never authorized extra work beyond what was originally estimated. The division between mitigation and restoration was not explained, and I ended up paying significant out of pocket cost for what should have been covered under insurance. Communication was poor throughout. I would recommend asking detailed questions before you commit.
