Anytime you call their very friendly and helpful. They always come over quickly and make you feel like a top priority, and their service technician Paul is top notch! We had one small issue in the winter time and they were so quick to come resolve the issue, would recommend them and their customer service to anyone !
I do believe as a business you have a responsibility to know an train your employees how to treat people. this place does not do that. I was met with zero respect and they could care less. Guess I'll be finding a new oil company. Once again you failed me right before a storm. I called 4 days ago and scheduled a delivery that NEVER came. Very unprofessional.
