Uncle Bob's Septic Service

Had a great experience with them. I thought my septic tank was backed up called them for a pump out, the driver informed me I didn't need a pump and wasn't going to do a service that isn't needed. They sent out a service truck and the driver was super helpful he jetted my pipe from the tank back to the house and cleared the clog. Found the pipe to be in need of replacement due to rust. They got me back up and going and the driver gave honest feedback on how I should proceed and things I should do to prevent further issues down the road. Thank you!

Does this company have working answering machines? I have made 4 calls over the last 2 months and have yet to get a response. Do I have to send a singing telegram? smoke signals? Pigeon messenger? I just want my septic pumped before winter. UPDATE: I finally got in touch with them after this review and we set up a service date of 11/17. *drumroll please* they nocall/no showed. I texted them asking about the objective fault they were at and was met with "i will look into it and get back to you with a new service date and reason for missing the original." (Not exact words but the bones of it) I haven't heard from them since Thursday. I cant assume they are a crap company (lol puns) but God this is some crappy service. This company was hired by the buyer and her agent for a septic inspection prior to the sale of my house. Instead of an inspection they chose to pump the tank, an old tank which was using what was in its tank to maintain its integrity and be 100% effective. Their pumping of the tank made the tank collapse and left my otherwise problem free septic system unusable as well as a 5 feet deep crater in my driveway. This happened right in time for Columbus Day Weekend which rendered my house useless during the busy holiday weekend. This was not an inspection it was careless debauchery and they have yet to take blame or make it right.

Wish I could give these folks 10 stars...I've used this company twice in inspecting the septic systems of prospective homes I wanted to buy. They actually answer the phone! Scheduling was quick and easy and the people working there were respectful and let me know what was what and their expert opinion on what they assessed as the issues. The reports were clear and they answered all my questions well and helped me understand how my system works- I really appreciated the time they took to explain it all. It's always wonderful to find people who are good at what they do. These guys know their stuff and will give you the true lay of the land, quickly and efficiently!

Was thankful to get a live person to speak to right away, after trying many others who didn’t respond, were unable or unwilling to help. I called first thing in the morning and by Noon they were here as promised and took care of what needed to get done expediently and efficiently. Also took the time to thoroughly explain what transpired. Uncle Bob Septic Service is now #1 on my list!
