Called and booked with a kind representative on Tuesday evening and was told a technician would be out on Wednesday. No one called to say they’d be there, however received a text confirming my appointment for Thursday. There was miscommunication and in an urgent situation to remove some nasty wasp/hornets, I was disappointed. Technician came the next day and did not remove the entire nest. Claimed the queen was killed and sprayed the location. Just a day or two later, the hornets are still there and rebuilding the nest. Now we’re just 4/5 days later and the nest is growing and now I’ve been stung and my dog too. This is not the service I was expecting nor should be acceptable.

Great service provided by Greenix. I have been contracted with them for a year and they are always professional and friendly. DJ is a great representative of their company and top notch all the way.

Greenix didn't kill all the wasps on the first go-round, which was expected. They scheduled me for re-service on a specific day/time and sent a text to confirm. The morning of the scheduled service, I got another next saying the service was now the next day. When I called them, they told me the tech scheduled to do my job today had an issue and couldn't do it so they rescheduled me for the next day ... no call to see if that was okay, no respect for my schedule which I arranged to be here today. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who is seeking not exceptional, but just adequate, customer service.

It's only been 12 hours since treatment so if anything should change I will update. From my initial online inquiry, I got a call from Tad within minutes. He answered all my questions and got me set up right away. Now I was calling for some fly infestation in the bushes outside my house that has literally been driving me insane. No amor not of traps, sprays, or homemade remedies were working. For everyone I killed two more popped up. Tad explained to me that flies wasn't something they necessarily treated for as in they could guarantee me about 85% of them would be taken care but flies outside especially are tricky. I received visits from 2 different technicians on 7/21/25 and followup on 7/28/25 from Georedene and Jacob on the 2 dates and was impressed with the expertise and professional attitude of both gentlemen. Both men were well trained and prepared to execute the pest problem i was having and took steps to identify, treat and go over with me the reasons for the infestation and actions taken to eliminate it from my home. I have not seen any ants return to the affected areas of my home. Both gentlemen performed to my total satisfaction and displayed a personality that showed they enjoyed their work. Their work is definitely 5 star quality. One area for improvement is the coordination with the home office with the scheduler and the technician that was assigned to perform the service on the 21st.
