Our tech was EXCELLENT. Advised me I could do with a less expensive service and saved me a good deal of money! Was very thorough doing the service and eliminated an ant infestation and made recommendations on future visit to do exclusion for several openings!

We are very disappointed with this pest control company. The service is expensive and did not solve our issues. We complained about mice, and all they did was set a few traps without addressing the root cause. Our problem with bugs outside the house was not resolved either. To make matters worse, the one-year contract cannot be canceled halfway, which feels unfair given the lack of results. Overall, not worth the cost and not the level of service we expected.

Jorge came to do our quarterly service and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations. His keen attention to details and clean up were very appreciated.

Such immediate relief to know yellow jackets are/will be totally gone. Christian was confident and cheerful. He worked quickly and answered many questions patiently. So happy to have someone to call if another critter shows up, which I'm sure won't happen. The entire outside soffit and house base is protected. I'm grateful to have Greenix with me for at least a year. Update Dec 2025 for quarterly visit. Reggie talked with me about questions I had regarding treatment now and for adjustments I requestwd for Spring. Great how they listen with open ears and knowledge.
