Greenland Cleaning

I just moved into a new apartment and needed a deep cleaning. I contacted Theo and got his voice-mail, so I left a message. His call back was very prompt, when we spoke initially he was very professional and knowledgeable. We set up a meet for him to view the apartment so I could get an estimate. Mr. Theo was VERY THOROUGH. He moved appliances, he noticed things I did not notice, he was very detailed. We agreed to work together. The young lady who cleaned my apartment, her name was Monique, she did an amazing job. My apartment was spotless, she left no stones unturned. It was also a plus that her personality was good, she was polite and very well mannered. My overall experience was very pleasant and I would high recommend doing business with Greenland Cleaning.

Mr. Theo Greenland is dedicated to his profession, as a professional cleaning company. He is very particular about his work. He makes sure that the work is done to perfection. He takes his time and continuously, reviews his work, to make it better, the best! I have hired him many times because of his amazing work, in my home. His helpers, also, do great work, and Theo periodically, checks to make sure that the quality of their work is up to his standards. He is polite, courteous and well mannered. Theo is a great person and so is his work. I am so glad to find him and to talk with him since it is important to me to have my house cleaned the way I want it done. He has been excellent at understanding that I don't want to have to worry about him and his effort to do the job. He's not like many of the other cleaners that I've had who tell me that they don't do stairs, or the hallway wasn't mentioned in the job description so that will be an extra $20.00 to vacuum and mop that floor. He does whatever is needed to make my house look good, and for that I thank him.

Theo is incredible! He cleans our hair salon with a team of 10 messy artists, and always leaves it looking brand new. He’s reliable, honest, resourceful, and extremely kind. Theo is great! He is very conscientious, reliable, and thorough. My wife and I have certain preferences for our home, and Theo is very accommodating. He is friendly and comes up with great organizational ideas. He always tell us how he sees our house as his own and wants to make it as nice as possible. I love that attitude!
