Greenlows Insulation

We recently bought a home and the attic was a disaster .... 40+ year old rock wool insulation in areas with 1-2 layers of batts thrown around on top in random way, with a large amount of rat droppings to top it off There were large amounts of trash, boxes, etc. in about a third of the area The decking used for the HVAC unit and surrounding area was rotted/soft. Chris and his guys cleaned it all out, vacuumed the old insulation, removed the rotted decking, blew in new insulation, and put in new decking over an expanded area for storage. Chris and his crew are really good at what they do and excellent to deal with. Price was good considering the magnitude of the task and quality of the work they did. I highly recommend Chris and Greenlows for such projects.

Excellent experience working with Greenlows! Timely, high quality work, and absolute workhorses! (Please offer the guys water and refrigerator space - attics are no joke). I called Chris late in the afternoon and he scheduled a check in and estimate to be done the very next day. Scope of work was about 1900-2000 sf attic space blow-in insulation, soffit vents, rooftop turbines, and restoration of gable vents. We scheduled to have the work done within the next few days. The attic work was completed, but rain prevented the exterior work same-day, but rescheduling was a breeze. Price-wise: I tend to call around for a handful of bids and toss out any high or ridiculously low options and choose from those in the middle. Greenlows was in that middle group, and Chris offered plenty of sound

This is the second time we've hired Greenlows and the project went great. We previously worked with Chris and his team in 2010 for attic insulation and radiant barrier installation at our old home, and when we moved into our new house we called Greenlows again. They did an incredible job with a complex project at our current home. We had evicted a raccoon from the attic, and because of the unsanitary mess the raccoon left behind we wanted to vacuum out the soiled insulation, disinfect the attic, install radiant barrier, blow in new insulation, and upgrade the soffit vents.
