My company was doing some work at a large condominium complex with seeming endless grass to cut and landscape to maintain. I noticed a young man in charge of a large crew. He was very motivated and his crew followed his orders well. They worked as a team and got the whole job done in less than a day. I walked over to see who this impressive young man was, and I realized I used to coach him in baseball. His name is Jayden. I want to recognize him for his hard work and dedication to his company, and the great job that he does.
