Greenskeeper Lawn Care

Last fall I finally decided it was time to fix my neglected lawn. On the first visit from Greenskeeper, we did a walkthrough of my lawn and they gave me a list of the problems: weeds, grubs, and a soil pH problem. Basically the soil quality was poor. They explained that step one was to get the soil healthy, and then from there to start an annual treatment program. They also took several soil samples which were sent for analysis. From here, I'll cut to the chase and leave it at this: After less than one year, my lawn has made a complete turnaround (see attached pictures). And keep in mind they didn't even start treating the lawn until early this spring. They always notify me a couple of day before an application, are aware I have a dog that owns the yard, and have always been responsive

I usually take care of my lawn on my own and have been very successful, so far. This year (2019) we cut down a tree in the front lawn, resulting in significant changes in the sun pattern and a fungus took over the lawn. I was way over my head on how to fix those problems and so I hired Greenskeeper (from a Google web search) to help. The owner, John Konkol, came over himself within hours of my call. Soon I had a contract in hand which was very fair. I subsequently called John several times with questions. He ALWAYS responded within hours very professionally. His team worked absolute miracles.
