I called for garage door repair when I found my door wouldn’t raise. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. Within 1 hour Josh showed up and in about a half hour had a new torsion spring installed. Very nice guy, very satisfied with this company. I use them for door repairs at my place of work as well. My wife and I just had Clopay Coachmen carriage doors installed today. Very pleased with the professionism of the installers along with the 2k savings compared to the other 5 quotes I had received. I will pass the word along to friends, family and co-workers who are in the need for garage doors.

Called and they had someone out in a few hours. He adjusted the sensors, oiled everything on both doors, tightened some bolts and put a pin on the top operator track which was missing and ready to come off. He also explained everything to me so I can try to understand and do things myself. I’ll definitely be using this company for any future problems.

My wife went to their shop about a month after the greenville tornado to have someone come out to give an estimate. No one came or called. I went down there to schedule some one to come out, and 2 months later, no one and no call. The insurance money can be spent somewhere else.

A+ service! I called them to service a door that someone else installed about 5 years ago. The door was twisted pretty bad due to someone trying to break in. The track was bent, wheels off, cable off, etc. They came out the following day and now works better than original installation.
