Ian and David’s from Remedy Plumbing completed all plumbing and fixture installation for a major second floor renovation. The job produced 2 completely new bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub, reuse of an historic pedestal sink from 1902, a corner toilet, a high-tank toilet, double vanity and utility sink in the dressing room with custom drain configuration and trap. They also upgraded my plumbing supply lines to 1” PEX and installed a double unit gas powered continuous water heater to provide sufficient hot water. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of both David and Ian. I also know that the work is done right and meets all applicable codes, which is sometimes challenging in an 1850 historic house. I can’t recommend them highly enough
I highly recommend them. They did a great job installing the bathroom for my veteran husband. They are fast and efficient and have great team work. They don't overcharge either. Remedy has never failed us. We had a water pipe burst and they were here fast and got the job done and then brought a heater to melt the ice and warm things up.(the garage door was left open by accident overnight the coldest night of the year) Great service, great people would highly recommend them. We have been repeat customers for many years.
Quick response (under 24 hour for a non-emergency call). Service man was here in the timeframe provided and I was notified when he was en route. David was very personable and did his job extremely well and very quick. He was good to explain what needed to be done and what he found while doing the repair. Thank you!
David was very informative and was gracious to share the cost even before beginning. I was thankful he tried "first things first" before jumping into the pricier service. My husband and I use remedy Plumbing all the time and we are always pleased with their service
