Gave a good price but not very communicative. Said he would send a contract for me to sign but he didn’t until a few days later and it had the wrong price. I asked for a new one and he never sent it. Said he was going to come on a Monday to start the install but it was raining so he never showed. I wouldn’t expect him to screen in a patio while it’s raining but I did expect to get a curtesy call with plans to reschedule and he did not give this. I had to call him instead. He decided to come Thursday that week and was going to get started around 9AM but he had car trouble and couldn’t come until later that day. He didn’t start working on the patio until 2:00ish. He brought two other guys with him and they didn’t finish the job. Phillip and one of the guys came back the next day, on Friday,

They enclosed my rear patio. Price was very good, and that's why I chose them. They showed up late in afternoon and got the job done. Next morning I inspected the install and found several scratches and scuff marks on metal rails. Every time they said they would come over to touch up they never showed up. It's been six weeks and still no reply. You get what you pay for. Cheap is never the best option. Would not use them again or recommend to anyone Update: day after posting my review I received a text from owner asking me to remove my review, before he comes over to do mandatory repairs. I reduced rating to 1 star. I also just realized that I now have to replace the very cheap door hardware he installed.

Phillip and his crew built a deck & screen porch for us. He was always on time, communicated every step, and his price was much less than other companies. Highly recommend!

Great price, quality and service! It only took about 2-3 hours to screen in our back Porch and the wife is as happy as she can be!
