I feel SCAMMED... for various reasons! • 275$ Charge to retrieve my keys from front seat of locked car. 20 Minutes Drive Time for service... and less than 10 minutes of work. That is $550 an hour!!!! • "Tech" suggested that if he could not pick the locks... the $75 Charge would be $275! • "Tech" seemed to make a show after failing 3 entry points. In the end '... the "tech" just ballooned my front and opened with a wand.... as would expect?! • He was driving a very nice White SUV. I noticed as he left... another SUV of exact Make and Model was "ghosting him". ??? • If you pay attention to the Working Address and look at the actual address of 124 Bumble Cir, Maudlin, SC... with the Google Maps Street View.... • ... these guys are working from an - Apartment Building!!! ??? 😒… When the locksmith came out he charged me 225 to get in my car said he would be there in 25 mins but took 45 mins .. when I called the number again they said getting into your car starts at a much lower price .. never have I ever paid over 150 dollars to get in my car smh .. don’t make the same mistake I made smh .. don’t dare say this is a false review nothing but the truth ….. (Edit: Honestly still wouldn’t recommend because they are overpriced but to make me feel better they did return 30$ so that level of customer support spoke to me the guy was not really a jerk about it so that saved them in my book that why I’m making this edit if your in a emergency they will get you in your car I will give them that)

BEWARE. I called this company to rekey a commercial space. They took my information and said a tech would be in touch to schedule appointment. The tech showed up on time, and completed the change out in a timely manner, but charged triple what this service should have. Upon checkout I learned a completely different locksmith operating under a different name and address serviced my call.

Best Locksmith service I’ve ever had! They respond quick and get the job done with urgency and the price was affordable! Thank you for the help

James was a great and quick help when I was locked out of my home. He was great at communicating the options we had for getting in, and delivered quickly with great attention to not damaging my property! At a later date when I had some issues installing a smart lock for my home he was able to troubleshoot my errors quickly and deliver a great working product that keeps my family safe!
