Spoke to an employee, not sure what his name was, but I told him I was not experienced in plumbing and was looking for a certain piece. He explained how the intake to my toilet worked perfectly and I eventually figured out I was looking for the wrong part and had the correct parts at home but just didn’t realize. The gentleman was happy just to help me understand even if he didn’t sell me something. Amazing customer service.

My 1st time impression of the store was really positive. Staff was super friendly, I’ve bought the dip tube for my W/H tank and anode rod with zink , it took care of my water smell as my 8year old rod was totally gone , everything I’ve bought was very good quality stuff , everything fitted fine. I came in thinking "what kind of run down ancient place is this?", but that was short lived once I was greeted by the most polite young men I have ever met. Could possibly have been the most helpful and resourceful supply house experience that I have ever been in the exchange of. I would recommend this place to my best friend and my worst enemy, in the hope that they to could find solace here. Thank you for the great service and dedication that was given to me as a customer.
