Spring of 2025, Tim and his crew came out to give us estimates on repairs and resurfacing our pool. We really appreciated their transparency, how they provided multiple options and clear communication. They finished the job quickly and the crew was professional and clean. They now come weekly and keep our pool in amazing condition. Highly recommend!

After moving into a new residence in Rockwall County this past year, I was reluctant for another pool in the yard due to past maintenance expenses from a prior property. However, my outlook has changed positively because of the confidence I have in My Pool Guy service. Yes, the pool maintenance issues are real and especially on our current older pool equipment we recently inherited. But, My Pool Guy service has been awesome. In this day and age, dependable and trustworthy service of any type seems rare. Hence, my willingness to praise our pool service for restoring faith and enjoyment as a pool owner! Responsiveness with my service providers is a big deal to me and their team always responds immediately. I’ve never been upsold. We always talk thru options and go with most practical. This is one of the best pool companies that I have ran across if you have any problems with your equipment! My understanding they also do pool maintenance. Tim is the owner and he’s a great man. Very pleasant to work with.
