These guys are the best! We called a locksmith that tried to scam us which led us to calling Greenwich. I'm so glad it worked out the way it did! They are professional, quick, and did an wonderful job. They even came out and changed our inside lock to a knob lock for us after the fact so we wouldn't have to use two different keys to lock and unlock our doors from inside/outside. You guys are amazing! We will make sure we refer anyone and everyone to you all and come to you for any future needs.

This guy's amazing! I live in Australia and have a 1978 Dodge down there and can't get keys cut for it...well, not easily or cheaply. Took them with me to my last U.S trip and even there was difficult to find a key cutter that could help. This guy took one look and told me what it was off which blew me away. Then said, 'no worries' and whipped up a few spares for me. He could've charged me what he liked as he knew my predicament but said, $5 each...Absolute 'bloody legend', as we say! I wanted to give him a generous tip, but he said he'd rather a good Google review, so here it is... I'd recommend check out his store anyway, it's like a key museum. 5 stars.

I've wanted a smart lock for years, but have not been able to find the hardware or locksmith with experience to install on our old NYC apt door. Phil at Greenwich was the only locksmith that took my install seriously and offered a thoughtful option. His work was impeccable and left me with the perfect solution for our old apt door.

Oh boy, where do I begin? I lost the key fob to my building last year, so I had been borrowing someone else’s and struggling to find a locksmith who could make a copy. I tried multiple places with no luck at all. I kept doing my research on Google and finally said to myself, “This is the last locksmith I’m trying. If they can’t do it, I’m done.” They had a ton of great reviews, so I took a chance. I was already on a tight schedule before work, stressed and hoping for the best and let me tell you, God is good because they were able to make a copy! It was a little pricey, but honestly so worth it. Now I don’t have to worry about standing in the cold for a long time waiting for my sister to open the door. Highly recommend. They really came through when everyone else couldn’t!
