Scott did an amazing job of completing numerous “handyman” tasks and giving the house a “soft wash.” The house looks like it did 11 years ago when the siding and trim were brand new. Scott did everything on the “to do” list with an attention to detail as if it were his own house. Greenwich Property Solutions does it all, does it well, and does it at an affordable price.

I hired Scott over 2 years ago in dire need of property management for my home in New Canaan while my family and I traveled in the summer. Ever since then my house and property have been completely up to date and in pristine condition. Not only does Scott do majority of the work if there is any need for a contractor whether its a plumber, electrician etc. he handles on the middle work! I have never felt more comfortable handing my property over to someone and I couldn’t be more happy with the consistency and professionalism GPS has to offer.

I recently contacted scott at GPS in regards to help with property management for client I work with. His vast knowledge of what goes into running a property was very insightful and he had an answer for every question I asked. We have since worked out an agreement where he looks after the property while the family is away for extended periods of time and we couldn't be happier, he even works with our contractors and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly while we are not there. Scott is very knowledgeable and does amazing work. Scott power washed our home in the spring and has since done multiple miscellaneous projects around our home. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
