Greenwood Air Systems

I rent a home here but I'm a property manager and all summer have gained knowledge of HVAC. My air went out Monday, September 24 and because of the knowledge I knew it was my compressor. Called my landlord and he called, Greenwood air and the tech, Chad, came out Tuesday morning. I told my landlord to have the tech call me upon arriving so I could be here. Thank God I did. I said to Chad I was pretty sure it was the compressor and he said well, that's not all it is. He said your heat pump is bad and because it's hooked up to gas we would have to replace the air handler and so on. Greenwood Air Systems did a wonderful job replacing our heating and air conditioning unit. Chad went above and beyond putting the unit in and helping me understand the new system and the complicated thermostat.
