This was my first visit to Greer Flooring, and I came with a friend who is redoing a rental property. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and excellent service. Frank and Kenny assisted me, and they were exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and loaded my flooring materials with great care and expertise. When my straps weren’t working, they even went above and beyond to help fix them. Service like this is so rare these days, and it absolutely deserves recognition. It was truly the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

We had an issue with some kitchen cabinets we ordered from Lowe’s. There was a backorder and delay we were never told about until the expected delivery date. The delay would have really impacted our expected completion date. Skylar and Jeremy were so accommodating at getting us replacement cabinets in just a couple of days. I sent over basic measurements and Skylar had it completely drawn up and ordered that same morning. We picked them up just a couple days later and our builder installed them easily and complimented the quality and fit. They ended up being more affordable than our Lowe’s cabinets with much much better service and communication. We should have shopped local to begin with. Can’t say enough good things about Greers home improvement!
