Disappointed. I called to discuss my well pump issues and was scheduled for a visit. I was surprised when the scheduler said that my credit card was required to be on file for any visit, so I asked specifically if I would be charged for the assessment and was confidently told that NO, I wouldn't be and that it's just policy to collect cc info before any visits. Service people came and checked out the well and said they would send estimates for repair options. The next day I noticed a cc charge and called the office, who relayed my message to the owner. He called me. After I explained the situation and told him how the office staff said that there would NOT be a charge for the visit, he started in with "Well if you went to a doctor for an assessment, wouldn't you expect a charge?" and "If y

This guys are so honest,hard working,they really do try to fix the problems with the wells pump, before having to pull them out. They did amazing job at my place,explained the process, what they were going to do. I End up paying 3k instead of 10k.

Absolutely top notch experience! Our submerged well pump died on us at the worst possible time and I was scrambling to find someone who could come out and fix it ASAP. The team at Gregor was able to get to our house the same day and quickly got a new pump installed and gave us running water again! Would highly recommend and will plan to use Gregor in the future (but hopefully will not have the need!)

My well was put in about 30 years ago. All the components used were high quality. As I remember, the mechanics where very experienced. The well, pump, tank, and all the connections are functioning as they were 30 years ago. I'm very happy that Gregor put in the well at my house. Thank you
