Prior to the roof leak incident, I would have recommended this company. I contacted Grier prior to the expiration of the warranty; they dispatched a technician who diagnosed the issue as a raised nail beneath a shingle. I was advised to contact them if the roof leaked again. Subsequently, the leak occurred at the same location, prompting a return visit from the company. During this visit, another technician inspected the site and explicitly informed me that the warranty had just expired. This technician documented the problem with photographs that demonstrated improper installation of the flashing. I highly recommend Grier Roofing to anyone needing roof work.This is the first time I have had to replace the shingles on my roof and repair a leak. One call and Chris Cody was at my door less than two hours later. He took at look at the problem - a cracked vent boot - and had it repaired in less then 30 minutes. As an added bonus, he check the other vent boot and caulked some spots along the roof vent. Chris was extremely professional and competent and even gave some tips on repairing the leak damage inside.
