Griffin Garage Doors

Griffin Garage Doors are an excellent company! My issue was the garage door would not open. They did an amazing job on my garage door and were highly professional. The technicians Pete and Matt took great pride in their work quickly assessing the problem and fixed it. They are extremely meticulous. I would highly recommend this company for its professionalism, attention to detail, quickly providing an accurate solution.

We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we received when we walked in the door and when we called. Caitlyn and Bailey are very knowledgeable of the products and installation process. The install guys did a neat and clean job and they came when they said they would. Did I mention personable and friendly!? Also, very fair and competitive pricing. You will be pleased with Griffin!

So Wednesday evening garage door wouldn't open up. I called 8am Thursday. Lady answered. Said, would write up a order. See if can get someone to my house by or around 9am. Hung up. Before I knew it. 8:20 am. Mr James was here. Figured the problem. Immediately, had a solution. Was fixed by 9:20am. Promptly, Professional, Pleasant & knowledgeable. I visited Griffin Garage Doors to get a feel for the finishes and options. Caitlin assisted me kindly and with patience - researching and compiling everything I could need to make choices. I really appreciated being so welcomed and helped when I just dropped in.

Kenneth did a fantastic job replacing the springs on our garage door. He explained the process and made sure everything was setup and operating properly. It was an educational and enjoyable experience. Than You Kenneth.
