I had my flower beds weeded and new mulch put down. They sprayed the rock bed between the house and the mulch to prevent any further weeds from growing and they did it all in one afternoon! Great service and VERY reasonably priced!

Beware! This company will trespass on parts of your property WITHOUT consent, damage your belongings, and proceed to charge you full price with a half-hearted "apology". Sickening and disappointing! Worst experience EVER!!! Avoid at all costs! Long story: My nephew needed work done on his front lawn. I requested that ONLY the front lawn be mowed, as there were ongoing projects in the backyard (gardening and tidying, as he'd only recently moved in and was trying to fix up the place.) I will say that the front lawn itself looked good after their work. However: We told them to NOT enter the back yard several times on their online form and in several calls. When the crew came, they mowed both parts of the property despite having been told NOT to do the back lawn. Upon inspection of the back,

Been trying to cancel my services for a week. No one answers the phone, I left a voicemail. No one calls back. I text and no one responds. I email and get no response. And of course they came out and cut the yard this week, I wanted them to stop this week. Went to the physical office location, which is a trifecta of 3 different businesses and no one was there, just a rude guy in the Snowball/Hair Salon building.

Yes. You all are doing a great job. I would prefer every 10 days to two weeks for service. Every week is too much and my grass is dying because it’s being cut so much. We have a large tree in our front yard that takes up a lot of moisture and so I have to water the grass often I like to let it grow out before it is cut and cutting it every week is hurting the grass.

I was excited to use this well reviewed company, but after seeing my yard I wasn’t happy at all. When Griffin Lawn wanted my business, they were responsive but after having a complaint on the job done, my concerns were ignored. I signed up for biweekly service and was reassured that they would assess the grass before mowing so my yard wouldn’t be ruined, but that didn’t happen! They mowed a day or two after rain. I sent the pictures and the nonchalant response was “it’ll go away with the next rain”. It did not. Also, what professional leaves hay in the yard and cuts unevenly? I canceled via text since they didn’t call back after two voicemails. I got an immediate text response saying okay. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I’ll mow my own yard.
