Had this company come check out an overflowing drain pipe in the unfinished portion of my basement. Plumber came out and snaked pipe and said the problem was resolved. Pipe was overflowing again the next day. Let them know they did not solve the problem and the same plumber returned, attached some fitting and changed the angle of the drain pipe. This did not solve the problem but moved the overflow location down the pipe, to another opening, right near the framing for the finished section of my basement. Then they demanded MORE MONEY. These guys not only didn't solve my problem, they moved the problem to a MUCH WORSE area. They took money to make my life and house worse off. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I am able to make appointments easily with the courteous office manager for rapid service. The plumbers themselves are professional and efficient. They also explain all aspects of the situation to my understanding. Recommend highly.
