Griffith Energy came to our home to install a tank, and they did an excellent job. During the installation, a small piece of drywall was accidentally damaged. I left a review, and shortly after, a woman named Sydney reached out to me. She was amazing to work with—we talked everything through, and she made sure the issue was resolved. I’m now extremely happy with the outcome.

We are a property management company and one of our tenants reported that the oil heater was not working. I came across Griffith Energy online so I reached out and was able to order oil refill from Lauren of Griffith Energy sales team. She quoted me for 150 gallons at $722 and when it was time to deliver the oil, they called me and said that the oil tank and the pipes were broken and irrepairable. Brian from Griffith Energy said that they won’t be able to refill the oil unless the tank and pipes were replaced. I, having no knowledge about oil and heating tanks, trusted them and have them give me a quote to replace the whole thing, as per their requirement. Yesterday Lee Smith serviced my boiler and was excellent. I always ask for him, as he is knowledgeable, efficient, calls ahead and answers any questions I have. My thanks to him.

Griffith Energy has served our family well for around 10 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Sharon has given us great customer service, making me feel like family and James is a top-notch service tech that has been a blessing every time. Anyone can sell you fuel oil but your people set your company apart from the rest, thank you.

They come unannounced or unordered when gas prices are highest then I get a $700 dollar bill, when my usual is $400. This would have been the second time I asked them to not come until I schedule them to. Times are tough and I can’t afford it. The receptionist gave me a hard time and said that’s just what they do. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest, have just had problems with them since moving here 4 years ago. Will be trying to find another company this coming winter. If I don’t have to have Griffith I won’t.
