We’ve been with Griggs and Brown for several years and specifically have had Darren as our service tech. He is top notch in customer service, professionalism and knowledge and is very personable. He always explains what he’s doing and why. Great service!

One of technicians what’s behind me in the right hand lane I am already driving 70 and they finally passed me in the left lane honked their horn at me and then got in front of me only to slow down and then when I passed them because I wasn’t taking the same exit the female driver with short hair was laying on her horn, calling me an asshole, and flipping me off. If I needed pest control, I know this wouldn’t be the company to go with if they are so asinine to a stranger on the road.
