We cannot say enough great things about Grillo Services! They did an absolutely amazing job on our driveway, and the results exceeded our expectations. They are a fantastic business that truly cares about their customers and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. The work was completed very quickly, yet with incredible attention to detail. On top of that, everyone was so kind, professional, and easy to work with. Awesome experience as always with Grillo services. I’ve used them for years for landscape supply, pavers, sod, etc. Just ordered a dumpster for the first time and had a great experience. They had quick delivery and careful placement of the dumpster in a tight driveway.

We hired Sean to demo and remove a pool. He failed to pull a demo permit from our town and then tried to convince me that a permit is not needed. Failed to pay his subcontractor, who is now asking me for payment directly. Have now learned he does not have a license or insurance, so any work he does is illegal and almost certainly not to code. Be very careful and do not hire this person. Very responsive when he wants your money and totally unreachable otherwise.

I ordered the garden mix soil product from Grillo Services in April and am still picking up pieces of plastic and glass from my yard where it was spread. The customer service was fine/friendly, the drivers were solid and dumped the soil exactly where I requested, I was just not prepared to be picking up small pieces of plastic and glass from my yard several months later. I wouldn't recommend the compost/garden mix to anyone unless they are okay with pieces of plastic in their dirt. Aside from this being massively disappointing for a supposed organic product that I paid more than $2,000 for, it also represents a huge safety hazard as the glass shards are still quite sharp enough to cause injury. Bought their screened ball field clay for $75/yrd back in March. It has been sitting there where they dropped it because I need to build a screen to actually screen it before I put it down on our field. Spoke to a few different people and left random messages with no call back. When I called back a 3rd time I spoke to someone that insisted that it was run through a 1/2” screen and that’s the way it is. I will add pictures of all the rocks I pull out of it in the next month or so. Don’t waste your time with this clay mixture.
