I'm disabled and wanted a deep cleaning of the apartment I was moving out of. I picked Grime Guardians because they were local to my community and seemed to be a small business. I was delighted by the results. I made sure the apartment was empty before I had it cleaned and the result was that it looked better than when I moved in. They even got a peaky stain out of the carpet that I had struggled with. The price was what I expected. The staff showed up right on time and came fully prepared as a team to help. The job was finished faster than quoted and payment was easy. I am very happy with Grime Guardians. We need to make move-out cleaning a regular thing. I honestly can't recommend Grime Guardians enough. We had a nightmare of a move-out experience, but Brandon and his crew were genuinely the best (actually, only good) part of the whole process. We originally hired them for our move-out cleaning, but then also booked them to clean the gross place we were moving into, and they even helped us finish moving the last of our stuff when we were in a crisis. On top of that, the prices were fair, they were extremely flexible in accommodating our schedule, and the quality of their service was excellent. We'll never use another cleaning company again if we have a choice.

I have a GC business and I use them for construction cleans after we are done with a renovation. They are on time and stay on schedule. Great price! Did an amazing job. Good attention to detail and good communication. Highly recommend!
