First of all I have 6 dogs and some of them have special issues. It can be very stressful to bring strangers into the house. They came in ,were very polite and respectful. They handled the extra concerns with the dogs. They were in and out of the house and always made sure none of the dogs got out. They also took a few minutes to get to know them and were very gentle. I tell you this because everyone knows they do quality work and and install quality products. What was so important to me is how they respected me and my dogs. I will recommend there work and their kind professionalism.

Just had my furnace maintenanced cause I was burning alot of oil. The gentleman who came was very nice and answered all my questions and went far and beyond to explain any problems I had going on. Last time Grimms came was 2021 and I had the same experience then that I did today. The guys are amazing
