To say I am disappointed and angry with how this company does business is an understatement. I just purchased my home in August. When I had my inspection done it appeared that the roof was in good condition. The home owners said it was done within the last 5 or 6 years by Ozinga roofing. A few weeks into living here we had a few days of rain and my roof started leaking so bad my entire ceiling in my bedroom is discolored and was dripping water all over my room. I contacted Ozinga to fix my roof due to it being under warranty. I called 4 times over the span of a couple weeks and when I spoke to the woman on the phone she was constantly rude and stated he probably wasn’t getting back to me “because he is probably on a roof somewhere.”. I was always kind and gave no reason for them to not cal

These guys did a great job on my roof today in Warren. Super efficient and great communication. Found the source of the leak and plugged it, also sealed up some other areas during their roof tuneup. Used this guys a few times over the year and super happy with the service, I’d recommend them to everyone.

A large limb from my oak fell on my garage and made a bit of a mess. I called Ozinga for an estimate and they came the next day. I chose them to do the work and I was very impressed with their professionalism and teamwork. They showed me their repairs along the way to assure me all was getting completed to my expectations. They did a thorough cleanup of the yard and surrounds, collecting all nails and trash. John Ozinga was there and was very kind to explain the process.
