Grissom Brother Service Company HVAC

We have used Grissom Services for all of our HVAC services for more than twenty-five years. This includes installations, maintenance and repairs.The front office staff is very pleasant and considerate when scheduling service calls. They have always been very responsive to problems with my equipment, even on weekends. All of the technicians have been very professional. They are, without exception, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable . They are very patient and are happy to explain what they are doing and why. I trust them implicitly to do an excellent job at a fair price.

I've used these guys several times. Last night our AC went out so I called them first thing this morning. They had a man at our house within the hour and by noon, the AC was working again just fine. That included time they had to take to go out and get a replacement part. Tristan, the service tech, was very friendly and obviously takes his job seriously. Our unit is 16 years old and many other companies would have seized on that to try and sell me a new unit. While they did mention that my unit has a limited life remaining, they told me it is working fine right now. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just good quality service. When I do need a new AC, you can be sure I will call these guys. I highly recommend this company.

Tristan with Grissom came out promptly and was there when he said he would be. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and answered all my myriad questions. I felt comfortable working with him. Furthermore, Grissom's office team was very kind and responsive. I will definitely be using them again.

Grissom Brother Service is an amazing company. I know nothing about heating and air. I do know my home is 15 years old and I needed a new system. Johnny at Grissom could have sold me any of the system's and some are very high. Johnny gave me the best advise and I purchased the one he suggested. BTW it was not the most expensive. I appreciate honesty when this amount of money is being spent. Anthony, Annette and Josh at Grissom are all so wonderful and extremely helpful. Thank you Grisson after going through several Heating and Air companies I am so glad I found you.

On June 5th Triston came to the house to check the A/C system, we knew that it would probably have to be replaced. He checked everything, explained the possibilities and options, ultimately we decided to replace it. He brought us a comfort proposal and answered all our questions about the different units. We decided on one and made arrangements to have it installed on Wednesday. June 7th Triston and Christian arrived right on time and got straight to work. They worked very hard getting the new unit installed, they even cleaned up their work area. Absolutely pleased with all of the work, both were very personable and professional. Will certainly be recommending Triston and Christian and Grissom. Thank you Grissom Service Company!!!!
