Wonderful staff and store. We've had a Gritz pool and a Gritz Spa for quite a few years now and we've always had a positive relationship with them. The girls in the office are always extremely kind and help us with our chemical balancing. If they don't have a product they need, they will help steer us in the right direction. Service for the pool can sometimes get backed up, and it can be a little stressful having to wait sometimes over a week for a crew to come out, but we understand they are a small family owned business and are busy. We also don't mind as we always have a positive and welcoming experience with Amanda in service.
