I share the sentiments of Ms. Hildebrand by exclaiming "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.". THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREEMLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU CAN REACH THEM. THEY ARE TOXIC IN BEHAVIOR AND SPEECH. They don’t call back and will not schedule appointments to meet with you. Instead they show up when you’re not home and leave a business card, not ever fixing anything. Because of their negligence and incompetence, our septic motor failed also. It will be replaced by another company and we are forced to spend more money to hire a new company to do the job correctly thanks the Grizzly Septic company. When I asked about the 3 different invoices and separate charges for parts labor, and the cost of picking up a part, when delivery is clearly written on a different invoice

We have been using Grizzly septic service since 2004 and have never had any trouble with the service. Have had to change out two pumps the first was covered it was under warranty and it was replace we just payed for labor. Second pump was changed and Bill got us the best price he could fine on it. Told us about a root ball so we removed the tree that cause it. This year 2019 we had our drain field cleaned and a gauge replace. Bill has return my calls in a timely matter when ever I’ve called him. Bill and his wife always call to let me know that they will be out To do there service call. I have found them to both to be friendly and courteous to me on their visits. If I am not at home they well leave a card telling what was found if anything. We are going on sixteen years with their company

We have had Grizzly for about 16 years and have never had any issues. Bill and Stephanie are very friendly. The sump pump under my house stopped working and Bill replaced it for me. They are always there when we need them

They provided me professional services for 10 years. They always let us know when they were coming by and made sure they accomplished the work even if we were not there. Great Service!

It has now been replaced by another company and we are out $2000 thanks the Grizzly Septic. They have been reported to the county and will hopefully be out of business soon.
