Replaced my roof less than a week ago and although they completed the job in half a day they left without performing a post job cleanup. Pieces of metal and shingles left around the house, and dozens if not hundreds of nails left around the house. They only make a poor attempt at blowing down the driveway and deck but can't be bothered to run a magnet for loose material. No one expects perfection but this is egregious. Be prepared to check their work.

Tim installed a new roof in 2012 with Certainteed shingles. I contacted him to get it replaced in February 2024 due to mold on the sheet rock from leaks. He determined to file a claim with Certainteed for shingle failure. He started the process and we had a plan to get it re-roofed last summer. He stopped answering calls and emails after 3 months. My roof is still tarped and needing a roofer to pursue the warranty and install a new roof.

I can't say enough good about this company. They gave us a very fair price, they came in a timely fashion when they said they would. Work was done well and quickly and mess was cleaned up. We chose a 20 yr product and they gave us a free upgrade to a 40 yr product. I would highly recommend getting an estimate from them
