Grizzly's Discount Flooring

Bought premium vinyl plank flooring for the whole house from Grizzley's and they finished the install yesterday. Not only is this product of superior quality at a very reasonable price but the installer (Luis Ibarra & his father) were very organized & accurate with their work. All of the base boards were removed, cleaned and repainted before re-installing and then the caulking was completed. This completed job deserves a 10 star review not just a five star. We have had Grizzly’s do many jobs for us over the years. Every job has been high quality. We just had laminate installed into our rental unit and Mike at Grizzlys did everything possible to get the job done in the timeframe we needed. The installer was polite and worked a long day to get the job finished. He cleaned up and was so respectful during the time he was here. Thank you all for another great job!

Hired to do over 800 square feet of tile. Unprofessional, very rude when errors were pointed out, zero accountability for errors, and sub par work. They also sub contract out. Keep good records of documents and conversations that helped me tremendously because I had facts. Stressful experience from start to finish. Stay far away from this business.

We had indoor outdoor carpet put in our screened in AZ room and the two guys did an excellent job and were very careful and it looks wonderful!

Do not under any circumstances do business with this company! First off it was $3,000 grizzly was charging us to put wood laminate flooring on a small 215sq ft area 🤯. We thought they would be good given that they are a smaller business and family owned and we try to support that in our community, however, the owner who is an older man the did the write up for our work order did not disclose potential extra cost and tried charging us almost $500 more to “resurface” our floor before the new flooring could be put on. Given we had a set budget and he originally charged us just $10 under our budget with the cost and labor, we were thrown to a loop! We asked him to waive the extra fee since it was never disclosed and he was fully aware of the budget we had and he then became demeaning and argue
