We have a water well that services our home and 2 other households we own. A few days ago our water started shutting off randomly, so we tried changing the fuses and the pressure switch to the pump, but unfortunately it didn't resolve the problem. By about 4:00pm yesterday (Monday) it was barely working after working on it all day, so I started calling around to different companies for a service call without much luck. Most didn't want to come out that late or they were booked up for a few days. I ended up filling out a service request on Homeadvisor.com and Joe reached out to me within 5 minutes. It was about 4:30pm when he called me and said one of his employees was wrapping up for the day, but would see if he didn't mind coming out to take a look at it. He called me back about 10 minut

I am so grateful and impressed with the work that we received from Ground Exploration. Our pump on our well failed leaving us without water. I called Ground Exploration and within 15 minutes the owner, Joe, returned my call. Within an hour a very competent, professional employee named Ethan showed up at our home. Ethan completed the work on schedule and within the budget quoted. I recommend Ground Exploration to anyone in need of their services. They are FANTASTIC!!!

I paid this company 35,000 dollars on a huge project. My tank reservoirs are not filling up by themselves, there is something wrong with the system so now I have to manually fill them up. Joe doesn’t want to come back to fix it unless I pay him 500 dollars. This company has put me in a bad situation being that I have to monitor the tanks all day everyday and have to make sure I’m not overfilling and that I have enough water. I should have never hired this company. Stay away.

Joe and his team are great. They installed my well pump, and when I finally needed some service on it (10 years later!) they were so responsive! Got my pump fixed up and running again in no time. I highly recommend!!!!!

We had our pump in our well replaced and they noticed there was a wire that was bad and when they finally got back to repair the wire they damaged our sidewalk and driveway. We paid them for fixing the pump and wire but they have not come back to fix the sidewalk and driveway like they said they would . It's been over a month now and we haven't seen them and they are not answering our calls .We are very frustrated and are ready to call the BBB.
