Ground Penetrating Radar (Formerly Master Locators)

Our project was a sensitive family project. We needed to find the burial location of a family member, a child buried in 1938. Our project manager was kind and a pleasure to work with. The result was everything we hoped for.

Technicians appear to be knowledgable in their work but continue to provide the incorrect scope. GPRS was engaged to provide a utility scan and detailed report for two warehouse spaces. The first area was scanned by a single technician and he had marked out everything we were asking for. When we requested a specific sketch and report, he had informed us it could not be done. Apparently what we were looking for was only applicable to outside scans using a specific piece of equipment. We were able to work around that and provide a PDF floor plan that was then overlaid with all the necesary mark ups. We had requested this be done for the second warehouse as well. GPRS suggested that if we wanted to mimic an exterior sketch, additional scanning/photography equipment would be required. In th

Everything with GPRS was done in a timely and efficient matter. I was more than satisfied with the final project, I was happy to have more than just Standard Markings and was surprised to find that I was receiving a detailed Integrative Mapping file, that I could incorporate in future Projects. This was a bit of a tough review for me. A few things went wrong; after a missed marking and some commincation issues it was very tense. I’ll admit I was very upset, even angry. However, after about a week one of the owners contacted me directly. He was very straight forward and wanted to do the right thing. They covered the repair of broken line and he followed up with personally several times. I really appreciated that Kyle took the time to talk to me himself. I used Master Locators twice for video inspecting and marking a 4" residential building sewer. The technicians are professional, diligent, and friendly. The office and scheduling staff are friendly and prompt. I was able to get all of the information I needed from their service and was given a thorough inspection report.
